I wanted a decent backup pair that I could keep in the car that would still have pretty good optics, but unfortunately the QC on these is clearly lacking (perhaps why they are going out of business with their warranty?). I do think Styrka's business model was odd. Clearly they wanted to stand out in this crowded market. They went a little premium with the price point, and then went over the top with their warranty (send it in every year for cleaning!) and throwing every accessory you can think of in the bag.

In business, there is a big difference between actual practice and having to go to a lawyer. In business I had to inspect claims and I had the final say in whether we agreed the claim or not.
